the breakfast was wonderful a variety of fresh options were available the quality of the food was noteworthy service was efficient i enjoyed it the room decor was modern it offered a pleasant environment cleanliness was perfect
the door staff seemed interested only in hotel cars i needed local taxis the taxi cost was three times higher than normal the roof top pool was closed this was disappointing the lower level pool was too busy

the front office team welcomed me perfectly, and i found my room clean and well-organized. zakariyae was helpful with my requests. i appreciated that the hotel provides a shuttle service to la mer beach, dubai outlet mall, and dubai festival city. the poolman, ashed, was always ready and nice to the guests.
i sometimes waited longer than expected for housekeeping service.

The staff were very friendly. A great bunch of people. The team accommodated my unique transfer request to the airport at an awkward time. It was out of protocol and I appreciated it.
I found some issues. The reception staff were friendly upon arrival. I found eyelashes on the floor after entering my room and the carpet was not properly cleaned. There were other guests' clothes behind the sofa bed and the mattress on the sofa bed was thin and uncomfortable.

A Place Truly Special
shuttle servicecomfortable beds
My stay included a shuttle service to both the airport terminals. This service was very convenient. The rooms provided comfortable pillows and super comfortable beds. These features really gave tender feelings.
The coffee capsules request required multiple reminders. The staff always made up the room past five, so it was not always convenient. These were hard times.
